Spacious, clean and well maintained. Great breakfasts and extremely friendly service. The owners have gone to great lengths to ensure that there is enough water by installing huge water tanks. Solar geysers provide warm showers. The B & B is well situated for exploring different parts of the peninsula. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at this place. The hosts made sure that I am very comfortable with everything I needed. They offered all the support I needed for my classes as I was to attend classes in the nearby business school. Its really a home away from home.Clean, big rooms and the best breakfast ever.

Very heart warming place, with the friendliest of receptions you will get in todays era. Had the privilege of interacting with the owners Jan and Ester and I must say they made my stay ever so amazing.Apart from it being far from the busy city center I would still highly recommend it for the level of and quality of the service that is offered. Many thanks for the great hospitality.

Our genuine leather goods can be personalized in order to make it apart of your business needs and also increase profitability in the long run. Is it possible that I could forward you some pictures of our work in the hopes that you can see how it can benefit you and your business needs?

This place is fantastic! The landscaping and furnishing are very nice and comforting. There are 3 rooms in total as far as I could tell. My parents had one, and I had the other. Each (double-bed) room has its own bathroom with shower, outside and inside doors, and vine-covered patio with table and chairs. The bed is nicely firm and incredibly comfortable. The housekeeper, Martie, was super kind and very helpful. She kept the place tidy. The owners were on holiday, so we didnt meet them; however, I did talk to Jan Nieder-Heitmann on the phone (e.g. to get the internet connection working), and he was very friendly.I would definitely stay at Niederheim B&B again if I go back to Cape Town. The only possible disadvantage is that it takes at least 25 minutes to get to the CT center from the B&Bs location in Bellville, and it is likely to take longer than that due to traffic. Plan on having a vehicle if you stay here and go to CT. On the upside, Bellville is approximately halfway between CT and Stellenbosch. Consider that if you like your wines.
