Fantastic Owner / Host. I was greeted by Heidi with such a warm welcoming feeling, I felt as if I knew her for years she is so helpful, basically with everything. Amazing person. I definitely recommend Brad and Barrel. Beautiful room and very well decorated, worth paying their asking price.

Peaceful and quiet place to escape the business rush on a Friday afternoon. The management and staff made us feel welcome when we checked in. The room was clean and we loved the comfortable beds.They went out of their way to take care of our needs and we had our food delivered to our room. We will definitely go back especially for that big breakfast and lovely coffee.

Loved the decor and welcome, dont be put off by the business park location, its beautifully done inside, and very quiet ( no guinea fowl !)

Wow, hotel nightmare would have some fun with this place !1. Dirty bedding with hair in it and stained bedding.2. A no smoking room with a no smoking sigh but the room stinks of second hand smoke and even saw cigarette burns on the bedding.3. Bathroom fixtings broken.4. No bulbs in the bedside lams with only two downlight working in the room and all other lights missing or broken.The place is dirty, smelly and our room felt like it was being rent out by the hour and cater for a different market and not out of towners looking for a clean, safe and quite place to rest for a night.Would not recommend at all !First and last time we will say here.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Heidie really went out of her way for me as there was a bit an issue with the room but she got it sorted and remained in contact with me regarding the room. Very homely atmosphere. The breakfast was great and priced very good. The vibe is very warm and laidback. It’s so cozy there. Great for a winter getaway. The room had a great view. I’ll deginitely visit again. Definitely would not recommend it. Unprofessional behavior and I felt like my personal space was invaded. Not value for money, was a rip off and was charged for shuttle service for trip I did not take to the airport.Uncomfortable experience. Not for single female traveler.

No secure parking, cigarette smoke everywhere, rhinoboard walls in your bedroom, place is still under construction according to the manager.

Hmmm, interesting experience... So the saying you get what you pay for, is applicable with the Bread and Barrel. Very friendly and helpful owner that greated me at reception. Renovations was apparently on going in the room that I stayed. The room had everything that is required, tv, dstv, fridge, bath, shower, double bed and the room was very spacious. Free WiFi, not lighting fast, but it works. Walls between rooms are not blocking too much sound and I had noisy neighbours that had amazingly load conversations till after 3 in the morning. Breakfasts was was good. Guess it was good for budget accommodation.

Visited Bread and Barrel BB over the weekend. Epic !! Friendly people, best service (arh guys that breakfast in bed was to die for). We were treated to a heritage braai Saturday evening. That was so special. Comfy bed, dstv (watched every soccer match, priceless !) stick to ur logo/motto !! We booked in as guests and we left as friends. FORSURE !! Till next time, keep it up.

Staff not ready. Refreshments were not on hand. No airconditioning. Amenities dirty. Low quality and falling apart. In other words a dump.
