The accommodation is absolutely wonderful! The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The environment is warm and friendly. I stayed for two nights and would definitely return soon for the great company, food and rest. A big thank you to the hosts, Bozena and Rocky, for going the extra mile for your guests.

This is a great bed and breakfast in a quiet neighbourhood for anyone who may be visiting Cape Town and wanting that home-away-from-home feel. The breakfast is freshly prepared for you by the hostess and is quite delicious.There rooms are spacious and comfortable, plus they come with the option to shower or bath.Its also about 10 to 15 minutes drive from Willowbridge and Tygervalley, which are the nearest shopping malls, however it is quite the distance from CBD or any popular tourist attractions.

We were in a pickle and 35 on Washington really came to the rescue for my husband and I and our 5 month old baby. They were accommodating and very friendly. Lovely room and facilities, they even gave us a baby bath to use!

Friendly welcoming, clean room and bathroom with coffee stand inside each room. Breakfast served at a convenient time according to your schedule. Beautiful well kept garden with swimming pool. Secure parking.

Apologetic 4 star establishment. Miniature (very much so) swimming pool, insufficient safe parking, especially in such an insecure place as Bellville.
