Her rings are nice. She did promise that if the rings dont fit we can get other ones. Everything was fine untill she had to give us a second ring because the one she gave was too big. She gave alot of excuses saying she will courier it and on top of that we had to pay for the courier money. It took more than a month until we decided that she can keep the ring and just return our money for the courier back. Even that was a mission to do. The customer service in refunds and returns is very terrible. The rings are nice and lovely though. If only she ran the business with more professionalism and trustworthiness I would give this a 5 star.
