Worst client service ever. Not just once, every time... The staff are not helpful at all, super rude and blatantly refusing to sell stock because they believe that you do not have knowledge of the product you want to buy. Unacceptable

Due to one staff members rude approach to me as a client they lost a sale and a client today. I will definitely not visit this store again. As a visitor to the area this was the first shop I rated badly. Generally everyone in the area is friendly and accommodating except Planet Nails. As a regular customer of the brand I must say that I am disappointed.

I must say, out of all the nail product stores this one is my favorite. The store is always neat and have all the products Im looking for, if not the girls make it a priority to order it in for you. I love the girls there, they really go out their way to make you feel welcome.

Wont recommend people buying uv lamps from here, my friend bought one and used it once and the second time the bulp wasnt working and they refused to return it. The bulp was suppost to last a few months, they told my friend she can replace the bulp once a year but it was even 3months, the girls were nice there but the manager refused to help bad service

I will never set foot in this store again. My husband went in 7 days ago to get me acrylic dip powder x 2 and got the wrong colours. I went back this morning to exchange and was consistently spoken to in Afrikaans, Im English. Eventually I said Im English it didnt change. Then a long story about how they cant exchange despite the fact the pots are both still sealed and I have the cash slip. Eventually after humming and haa-ing and phoning someone (I assume the manager who CAN give permission) the final answer was no it has been too long ..... 1 week ????If you want expert advice, friendly service and someone who goes rhe extra mile its worth travelling to Planet Nails Hermanus. Where I normally shop but we live out of town and I thought for convenienced use StrandNever again !!!

I would not recommend anyone to buy the nail lamp. It didnt work at all as the lady told me and when I wanted to take it back the next business day she told me I should have read the no return policy posted everywhere I didnt see. No return tell me that you have NO confidence in your product. I will NEVER buy there again the china store has better quality. UPDATE NOV 2019. The lamp then only lasted 4 months with probably 4 or 5xs use. They first wanted me to buy a new light but then replaced it. I rest my case. Update Jan 19, 2020 the light no longer works after 1x a month of use
