Sorry but I really was upset after my visit yesterday. I normally buy but yesterday I took a friend she needed some supplies. Rather provide customers with gloves if you dont like them to touch your stuff with their bare hands. Treat all people as customers not potential crooks. The rudeness and the hostility was felt even if you guys were just trying to contain it under breath. Go online instead of having a shop if you cant deal with people..

Since I am working nearby I am frequently tasked to go and buy these products for my girlfriend. I have no knowledge of these products so I have to ask for information especially if I cant find certain things on my list. There is where my struggle begins, since there is this tall lady who either simply refuses to assist or is always in a bad mood when giving additional information. This has happened many times...

Im very disappointed at the service I received at this store. I felt very unwelcomed by staff members and was told that if I dont plan on purchasing anything I should leave as they would rather let someone else waiting outside in. I get that making as much sales as possible are critical to all businesses throughout this pandemic. But I didnt even get the chance to properly choose a nail color or product without being interrogated to purchase or leave. If I wasnt treated that poorly and wasnt being rushed I would 100% have purchased something. I will not be recommending this store to anyone.
