This is THE BEST salon in Cape Town. Tracey is an amazing stylist and an absolute guru when it comes to colour. Natalie and her partner Sam have created such an amazing space. Their knowledge and advice is always on point. Just love going there!

I’ve been going to Tracey for my hair for 7 years now and have literally followed her around Cape Town, she’s just that good. Her new spot at the Mount Nelson is such a treat. Sam who handles the front of house is always on standby to order you a glass of wine or a bottle of bubbly :) Actually everyone is so super friendly I can’t help but look for excuses to pop in. This is a great place to treat yourself, hair (with a really amazing head massage), nails and bubbles at a beautiful venue, what more could a girl want.....

Natalie is the stylist I have been looking for all my life. She considers your type of hair and honestly tells you what could work and what cannot. She doesnt merely give you the style of the season but works with your personality and your hair type and then approach it with absolute skill. The result really shows all of this. You get hairdressers and then you get hair stylists and then theres Natalie Hill in a league of her own.

Every visit I have had to Natalies salon has felt like an absolute pamper session. Whether its for hair or nails, the space is elegant and pristine, the service is impeccable, the staff are professional and highly skilled, and the atmosphere is welcoming and warm. I always walk away feeling like a queen
