So they call themself proffesionalWhat a bad experience i had Had a booking for a pedi and a hair colour for 13h30. When the lady took me to the room for the pedi the head of the bed was totally flat. Not comfortable at allLying like this the bed is broken for at least a year that i know of .so i was shifted to another room were Annie did my pedi She was gorgeous and i will definetly recommend her. Then it was time for my hair The receptionist told me to have a seat first Only after i asked her how long must i wait i was told for about 45 min. Because there is only one hairdresser. No one infirmed me about this I took off from work , has lots to do and a wedding to attend . How can they waste my time like this? If I was informed i could have tried to go somewere else. Very unprofesional for a business that tell you they are professional and that us why the rates is the same as other saloons. Highly dissapointed
