Been there twice and very under whelming (both times it was a gift to me). I have heard a lot about this salon so I had high expectations. The first time I was barely greeted, was told where to sit and had my pedicure. Not a word spoken from the therapist. Chair very uncomfortable for pedicures. Second time also not great. Room feels cold, bright lights shining from above, theres just no atmosphere or warmth.

Such an amazing group of people. They went over and above to accommodate me when I asked to do my hands and feet at the same time. Definitely my go-to spa in Somerset West.

Loved the Back, Neck and Shoulder massage that I received from Annis. It was divine!!!! Was so relaxing and tranquil.. Would definitely return.
