Kind and comfortable. Everything, including the bathroom, is clean. Coffee is also very delicious. Im very satisfied with your kind consultation on hair styles and good hair styling. The parking space is not enough, so its good to park in a nearby alley or at McDonalds across the street.

I had such and amazing experience at Change Room today. Very friendly and professional staff who are compliant with lockdown regulations. Not to mention affordable and real value for money. I did a wash, cut and blow and is very happy with my hair. They will definitely be seeing more of me. I highly recommend them.

2 months ago I tried perm in here but I was so happy with the service. Im very very impressed with my hair and I would not visit any other hair salon except here. I permed my hair again today and Im impressed just like last time.

I went to Kim with a picture in mind of a balayage hairstyle. Keeping in mind that my previous encounter at a Johannesburg hair salon left me utterly disappointed. Anxiously waiting to see the results of Kims magical hands and lo and behold she DOES NOT disappoint. What we thought would be a 2 hour session turned into a 5 hour session which was met with friendly staff members and a dedicated Kim making sure I was satisfied with the colour. The quality of her work really speaks for itself and I am incredibly impressed. I would 150% recommend her to anyone looking for a great hair salon in Cape Town.

Took my son for a haircut a while ago and was so very impressed with the fantastic service and the helpful, caring & professional approach of the hairdresser and hair washing staff.I honestly would recommend this amazing barber & hairdresser to any moms who have young boys or toddlers who are nervous or scared about haircuts

After spending 6 months in Tanzania, I needed to get my hair cut from all the damage. I used this salon since it was near my hostel, and came to find out how ridiculous the prices were. I usually pay $12 in the US to get my dead ends cut. The lady there said it would still be 390R even without the wash and blow dry. Being unfamiliar with the area, I went ahead and charged it since I hadn’t had income in so long. I later found out by the lady at the checkout desk that I should not have been charged that much to just get my hair cut. I expect people to try and take advantage of me in markets, but not at a “professional” salon. The hair cut was fine, like anywhere else I’ve gone, but I wouldn’t recommend it due to their dishonesty.

Really happy I came upon this Salon. They helped me get a appointment last minute, made me comfortable and has friendly staff and are very professional. Took priority to the health of my hair and gave good advice. Im really happy with my hair. Will definitely recommend this Hair Salon!
