Ive tried different beauty salons specifically for nails but the therapists at Sorbet Sea Point in the Artem centre are the best.Anelisa is exceptional but CK and Sinovuyo are equally good. The owner has done a great job investing in training her staff so well👏🏽

I walked in to ask a question and had to say ‘hi’ three times before being greeted back from THREE ladies behind the counter today, where only one greeted me back. Left immediately.

They were super helpful over the telephone booking and able to assist me quickly! Boldnes, the therapist that served me was very helpful and good. Her work was of high standard and I felt relaxed and well treated. Ill recommend!

It was amazing as always, specially after the long wait. All the right preventative measures where in place and the power pedi I had was great. The only disappointment is they have shortened the best part - the foot massage - considerably. Pity. But all in all great.

I had such a wonderful facial treatment at Sorbet Sea Point. The salon was very clean and sanitised. All the staff were friendly and professional. I had an amazing treatment done by Hailey.

I was disappointed becuase the duration of a mini pedi is 45min. The therapist finished off in 30min.

The staff are very sweet. I like to get gel nails done, and they always last long, 2-3 weeks. Some really rude clients that Ive seen go into this branch and I have been there to witness how the staff just absorb the rudeness and continue being polite. I also like that their nails look great, I sometimes take inspiration from the staffs nails!

I visited Sorbet at Seapoint and saw Boldnes for my appointment. I have been around the block when it comes to nail treatments and overlays and can honestly say that I have never seen someone work so meticulously as she did. I am very happy with the way she performed my nail treatment and will definitely ask for her by name when we visit the area again. Highly recommended!

My nails were soo badly done its not even a joke.They chipped and smudged after a few hours and I hadnt used my hands at all. Not cool guys.

I went there to get my hair done for a festival. They did amazing braids. The work and the service was amazing. Definitely going back there .

Went there for a pedicure and manicure. Both treatments were very well done (at the same time which was great as well). Atmosphere is nice as well and service with a smile. Very comfy place.

Most unprofessional place EVER!!!!The nail artist couldnt even do nail art, dont know how to make round nails and didnt have the right colour that my sister wanted.The co-workers think way too much of themselves and let the customers feel SO tiny.I wont recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!

The staff at Artem are incredible. They always go above and beyond. It is by far the best Sorbet salon around.

I would give it less than one start if i could!!! The worst nail experience and custumer service ever! That it left me shocked and speachless! Nobody greeted us, we were standing until a lady who was clearly not wanting to come, came to ask if she can help. We told her about the booking and she took 5 min to come back to us. I was placed in the care of a woman who didn’t bother to present herself. When i showed her the colour and the tipe of nails i want. She said that she wouldnt be able to do it. And let me tell you it was the most simple nail art and shape ever. Gel nails with tips. Honestly. Well then why are you working here if you dont know anything. They only had one tipe of yellow. Very unprofessional. This was my FiRST and last time going there!

The worse experience ever. The staff were all judgmental. A lot of strange looks were looked our way as if we werent good enough. When I wanted to do my nails the lady said that she cant do round nails, apparently only square. She didnt have the right yellow when I asked if she has a darker yellow she said this is the only one when clearly there were other colours behind me..and last of all she said she couldnt even make black striped nail art. We made an appointment beforehand to specify what we want they clearly said that they can do it but the staff clearly wasnt capable.

Great experience. They were fully booked in the ladies so accommodated me in the mens side. Super staff. Ill be back
