Professional beauticians with quality products. Lovely soft background music, clean workstations. I have been here a few times and I am always satisfied with the service I received. They are very busy and almost always fully booked, so not a bad idea to make your appointment in advance.

Ive received a few vouchers to do my nails here - thus my review is based not only on a one time experience. Im not fussy, but in this industry one expects professional and friendly service - not just from the girl that answers the phone. The therapists are just working through the clients for the day while continuing their gossip stories over the clients shoulder. I wasnt satisfied.

Most unfriendly staff. Went there because I received a discount voucher. Got there 10min early for my appointment. I wasnt offered to take a seat while I wait for my technician. After they checked if I had an appointment they just ignored me. Didnt even say your technician will be with you in a few nothing just made me stand there. I went for a brow tint and it didnt even look like it, when they were done. I paid and staff looked like they did me a favour. No smile or thank youq, nothing. Will not use their services again. Luckily theres plenty of beauty salons in paarl.

The staff are not very professional. Whilst having both my manicure and pedicure they kept chatting to each other and to me as well. Not a very relaxing experience. I was also not satisfied with the way my nails were painted.They can definitely work on their professionalism and attention to detail.

I had to get these feet done, because boy did they need attention!!You know when you are so excited about that 10min the massages your feet during a pedicure thats now if you like people touching your feet and theres this one person that keeps on talking out loud...well yes, Positive energy is always good, but I think when it comes to your clients you need to calm down and let them feel relaxed, (since life is so busy and some people go there to find peace and quietness).Clearly I didnt get that satisfaction at Paarl Mall Sorbet - Western Cape...it felt like the therapist thought ugh let me just get this over and done with...very disappointing...Hopefully next time its more relaxing, otherwise no next time.

My experience was first class and enjoyed the chatter with the knowledgeable and engaging Sorbet team. An uncooperative nail technician who doesnt seem to have undergone the Sorbet customer service training! Silent treatment is not acceptable especially with first time clients who have no knowledge of the procedures. Disgusting behaviour.

* My post I extend to what was a bad experience came a positive one. The manager herself called me and listened to my experience of the day with great respect and sincerity, apologized and corrected it. With this I am going to change my review because there is little that happens so sincerely that a manager contacts you and makes things right. *Im just sad tonight ... Sorbet Vouchers for my 30th birthday. Almost never spend pamper time / Me time on myself. So really looking forward to my appointment. Just to be disappointed.At first it is simply denied that I may do Frensh Gel. I have to choose a color according to the therapist over time. After I choose color, my nails are still rattled. She looks at the clock every 2 minutes. The feeling that Im just grieving for my appointment at 4.45pm. No matter what I do with my nails.S9 I get to pay. And I ask for my 20% discount because I really have celebrated 16th of July and have already joined Cape Gate Sorbet in June. I am also denied my discount because she does not see that I registered. Also, my Clicks card is not asked for like every other customer who paid in front of me.

Very nice staff, but no one knew what Im actually on my nails - have me then gel nails can be made Wednesday, on Monday they crash off already. Gel nails in Germany usually break after 7 weeks
