I just love this place! Who needs a weekend away when you can spend a day unwinding at Mirrors? Stunning views, delicious cappuccinos and friendly staff that make you feel right at home. Not to mention the worlds most comfortable hair washing beds and the phenomenal head massages! Cannot recommend them enough!

I followed Chad, my AMAZING hairdresser to Mirrors this year and it is the most wonderful salon in Cape Town!All the Mirrors staff are so warm and professional and they all make you feel like youve arrived home!The salon is conveniently situated in the heart of Cape Town!Both men and women can get the full service, hair, nails, massage etc whilst looking out at the most stunning view of Table Mountain!I highly recommend Mirrors for all your beauty needs!

The staff is so friendly and amazing service, I felt so pampered, they even took turns holding my daughter while I was getting my hair done. Their prices is also affordable. I love the decor, would reccomend anyone to come here.

Very professional, they did my hair exactly as I wanted. Relaxing atmosphere and a great rate for pensioners, which was a really nice surprise. Also a beauty parlor for massages, pedicures, etc. I will be going!

As a tourist, I was nervous of going to a local hair salon to get my hair cut. These guys got rid of that fear, if anything I want to fly back here to get my hair cut every time. They were super friendly, got me a coffee and a biscuit, before sitting me down, discussing what I needed doing with references to previous photos of how my hair should look. A wash with a small head massage included. The ladies were lovely and chatty and genuine which was a pleasure. They cut my hair to perfection. I dont think my hair has been cut so well in a while. I love my cut and I will be back to see those ladies for one of the other services they do there!!

Im usually a Sorbet babe, but I thought you know what, lets give mirrors a go.They are super accommodating where appointments were concerned (I had to reschedule twice due to personal reasons).Finally, I got to the place and a welcoming aura immediately hits you as you enter. The atmosphere was so comforting, and I felt as though I have been a client for years. I had a full mani and pedi done... And Wow! Holy Smokes! The massage was out of this world, better than Sorbet by far. Leigh-Ann was super gentle on my cuticles and had the fairy touch. Rebeccas massage had my whole body tingling during that foot massage. (I feel like I should ditch my boyfriend and take her home instead) 😘😊 Wow!!!! And the cappuccino with the chocolate dipping was absolutely perfect! Money well spent! Goodbye Sorbet! Hello Mirrors! Love you Ladies! See you soon!

Love the look and feel of this place. All staff are very friendly. They give the best head massage while getting your hair washed. Even cover you with a blanket if you get cold! ❤️

Candice and Megan were always friendly however after offering me hair fillers (feb 2019) which were probably on someone else’s head things changed for the worse! Apparently I promised them return on investment ? Now I am a paying customer and I do marketing but nothing was paid to me or agreed upon - I pay them! Meaning I AM THE CLIENT. I was photographed and made a few posts....October/ November/December 2019I was treated like a second class citizen because I lost the hair extensions given to me in feb (4 strands, maybe 10/12 inches, they fall out after 8 weeks) and was asked for them back for another customer in November. How disgusting is that?!!I apologised and informed them it’s been a long time and don’t know where they are. I decided to get a refund for my advance payment as I’m not used to salons scolding me out like a child. I was very unimpressed with the attitude.Megan apologised for Candice’s disgusting behavior on the phone to me THE FIRST TIME (but the second time she decided to STAND WITH CANDICE)A month later (waiting for my refund) I go to collect products as they wouldn’t refund me ...Candice calls me carrying on about how I lost her extensions - in utter disbelief I asked if she is still going on about it?!(while I’m sitting in my car downstairs from their salon)In my mind and as a MARKETER - customer is KING and I would rather have repeat business than quibble over 1300 (so they claim- if it was worth so much to them they shouldn’t have offered it) worth of lost products I didn’t need or ask for to begin with! I have hair!What followed was an insulting message and arguments. They called me a CON, scammer, trouble maker, criticized me and my reputation. Never in my life have I known or met such a disgusting salon. I’ve always been treated with respect since I drop thousands on beauty treatments and recommend to friends but as they said I AM NO LOSS TO THEM SO GOOD LUCK TO THEIR OTHER CUSTOMERS!! They don’t value YOU CLEARLY!They claim that I swore at them - only on Whatsapp yes AFTER THOSE DISGUSTING ACCUSATIONS and they justify their behavior like a group of Mean Girls (Talie Megan and Candice) by saying I swore at them so badly which is false (I was sitting in car downstairs ) and all they can show are screen shots AFTER they banned me and called me a CON where I retaliated and told them I will post on social media.The point is they chose how to react and treat me for a month, they had ample chance to resolve in private since I’m a reasonable person but since they didn’t back down neither will I. Stick to your story of lies and I’ll stick to mine. Here’s a lovely review for your collection.How would any other customer react after receiving this sort of abuse/bullying, accused, verbally attacked/insulted, banned ????
