I have been coming here since 2016 and will never go anywhere else! TK is amazing and caring and so great at what she does. She feels like family. Also the services are all amazing, super clean, and most importantly- fast! When you need an emergency wax, you know you’ll be in and out in 30 minutes with the job done to perfection. They also have a loyalty program, so you get 5-10% off depending on the number of visits. The prices are also super reasonable and they are always running cool specials!

I went there on Tuesday, and it was a terrible Hollywood treatment. The lady was rough, didnt sub-section well, and she was condescending with her chatter. Her hands were forceful and everything was just done in a rough way. I even told her shes being rough and she just ignored me and carried on. Ive gone there a couple of times, and I can say it is generally an okay place. Just be aware of who is doing your treatment because you can definitely be beyond discouraged to go back.

This is the best place to go get a massage in Cape Town.. Its a relaxed environment and the service is SUPER PRO ! My girlfriend went for a massage there and loved it then i also went and also loved it. Definite 5 star ! Thanks to Belinda !

The atmosphere is amazing and the staff are awesome. I went in for 45 mins back massage and 30 mins pedicure around 4pm. The therapist was so professional, friendly and knows her stuff. At first I felt like the massage lasted less than 45 mins, not until I checked my time... I recommend the studio if you want value for your money 👍🏽👍🏽

Very disappointing. Customer service non existent. My wifes thumb gel nail just fell off while walking in the shop - 5 days after the application. Staff are odd, difficult to talk to - they rather smile and nod instead of actually answer or speak ... was a strange experience.
