Coming from Seattle, Washington on holiday to visit my parents, I had extremely poor lashes from a cheap salon who squeezed me in before my flight to Cape Town. I was in a lot of pain from how much glue she had used and how poor of a job she had done. I needed a fix and stat! The ladies at Lash and Beauty Room quickly became a source of comfort and confidence. They recognized the poor job from the lash lady in Seattle and with each visit they managed to get my lashes back to their tip top shape! Your salon is truly beautiful and warm. Not even the load shedding we experienced in one of my appointments stopped you! I still made a comment to my family when I left that I would miss seeing these ladies and getting the wonderful treatment they provided. Stacey, Gill, and Zoe, THANK YOU! According to my very bad experience in June with one one the new team members i have decided to write a review for the first time. for very bad lash extension i paid full amount while she had offer 50% discount the on the social media. and i think 750 rand is the price for lash master while she wasnt lash master.they offer 50% discount for the months of June and i asked to make a little less fill for more natural look . so i paid full amount because i asked few lashes less.I didnt go there for discount I asked Emma to recommend someone because she was fully booked.it was totally unfair.

I have been doing my lashes with Emma for over 10 years and would never go anywhere else. Her salon is beautiful, pristine and very professional. I have never had any problems with my lashes or any treatments, I also have microblading and spray tans done at The Lash and Beauty Room and can honestly say that i couldnt imagine getting better service or better products than what i get here. Highly recommended !!!!

I have blonde lashes. The lash tech thought it uncessary to advise or suggest on a lash tint prior to the application of the Lashes. I looked like I had a weird disease. Blonde lashes mixed with black. Seriously, you are supposed to be the professional. Also, I find your salon snooty and unwelcoming. Pulled those lashes off the moment I got home and will definitely never be back.
