Went to have just my roots tinted and came out with all my highlights covered, Carmella was inattentive had an assistant do the entire job and didn’t check once, I’m furious she decided to cover the entire head without my permission and asked me upfront if i liked the hombre effect and i said yes. Highlights take time and cost a lot, she didn’t care when i complained and wouldn’t even put a curl lotion in my hair worst service ever will never go back be ....... be warned!!! 🤬

I have been to Stephen twice for haircuts. He is an absolute master with the scissors and I have an amazing easy style to manage!

So after cutting my own hair for a few years I decided to get my hair cut by a professional. I went to this store. They gave me a really nice haircut and the hairdresser was super friendly and kind, also didn’t talk too much! I have since been 3 more times and only had one weird experience where a hairdresser had a very rude client before and the hairdresser let out his frustration on me. Otherwise a really solid hairdresser!!!

Overcharged because I was foreign. I was on holiday and booked to have eyebrows tinted. The woman doing them didnt listen to how I asked her to do them. She just did her own thing and then overcharged me thinking I didnt see the price list.

Visited Kavanaghs for a colour and cut in 2015 and 2016 when I found the staff to be very pleasant and professional. Loved the cuts and the first colour although the colour this year was a little too dark for my liking, no worries as it soon faded in the hot African sunshine ! Prices a little cheaper than the uk. Salon very well equipped and cool. Mrs A.E. Clatworthy
