I went to go get my lashes done. This was my second time going here. The first time I loved the outcome and they were great. This time it was a different lady. I unfortunately hate the lashes , so much that I tried pulling them out. The style of the 2 eyes are different. (Update- after posting the review I was quickly reached out to and my problem was offered to be fixed. I’m happier with the lashes now. Extremely good customer service. )

It was my 1st time with them Ill never go back my hair look terrible it wasnt cut properly the one side of my hair is longer then the other side, i told the stylist but she didnt bother to care terrible service.

I was given a price for what I was taking and once the stylest prepped me, another came and gave me a different price which was double the amount and told me that i was shown the old prices and the new prices havent came in yet.Disappointing.

I simply love Be dazzle. Management and staff are very friendly and store is very colorful. And the service i receive from Jenny is excellent. Always giving me good advice on my hair. Shes brilliant 👏🥰Im very sad that Be dazzle cant reopen due Government Cdecisions to keep Salons closed until leave 1 due Co-vid19 regulations which is ridiculous reasoning....Very upset about that .

Absolutely love the one in Access Park. So friendly, warm and welcoming. Jenny was an absolute darling - cut my hair the best Ive had it in ages!

Good haircut however staff were irritable and disinterested in treating us. A staff member had to ask someone to come wash my hair after 10 minutes of waiting. The stylist did not inquire about the style I wanted just asked if I wanted layers or a trim and then cut my hair how she saw fit. She did not communicate with me once during the cut.

Visit Be-Dazzle if you want to lose your hair and eyelashes!Avril done my lashes a few times and it was starting to look all clumped together, I then went to a professional lash technician and she told me that Be-dazzled tried to use the Russian technique but instead they glued most of my natural lashes together. The extensions had to be removed as it hurt so badly. Once removed, I ended up with shorter lashes than what I have always had.I had my hair coloured by them too and I think they using cheap bleach, my hair was never damaged so badly before. I went to a high end salon recently and had to have it trimmed and treated to get it back to its original state. Bedazzled never told me I needed moisture treatments, instead they tell you to get MK treatments done which adds more and more keratin into your hair, eventually making it brittle. Perhaps because thats one of their priciest treatments.The place also doesnt have a good feel. Feels dirty. They overbook so often that Ive had to sit in the doorway a few times with colour on my hair whilst my stylist carries on with someone elses hair and then gets back to me.STAY AWAY!

I had a good experience. I went for a dry cut only, as my hair is very fine and its pointless for me to get it done. I was very happy with the cut - it was a graduated bob, and Im still happily rocking it. Will check in with Be-Dazzle for my next trim. My cut was done by Dee-Vida.

I love going for my pedicure and sitting in those massage chairs. Thelmina is very pleasant and accommodating. My only question is why did they decide to paint the windows in her studio instead of getting blinds?

Went for the gel nail special they had at R300. Was very disappointed. Nail tech was late, gel application was terrible and to make it worse the nail tech was trying to use less gel on my nails because she said the colour she used was almost finished. The manager was nice enough to let me go without paying the full amount so I only ended up paying R100. I went straight to another place to get a soak off and to get my nails done properly. Never returning.

Dont think I would go back. A customer was having a Brazilian done and they already gave her a price and started and then they told her she needed more of the product so it would cost more. The lady called someone to bring her more money. I would have got up and left if it was me. I dont appreciate that kind of treatment

Had terrible experience with the removal of tape in extensions I had severe head aches for a week. Unlike this new salon ive discovered they just spray on solution and tapes comes off easy. No pulling and aggressive combing needed. Ill never go back

I had a brazillian done a month and a half ago..two weeks after I did it my hair looked worse than ever I bought the shampoo conditioner and treatment but my hair still looking so crucial..for all that money its really not worth it..what a waste of money

Friendly people and they use good products but the person that flat ironed my hair was way too rough and fast ,so much of my hair broke off when I was done she said it was normal but my hair never falls out that much when I do it and as she was doing it it felt painful as hell I should have said something but I figured she knew what she was doing I dont know why she was being so rough on my hair I was really sick to my stomach to see my hair on the floor and how much I damaged my hair I felt like crying I left the salon feeling terrible
