Needed a specific battery for my motorcycle. These guys had it. They also had the best price. Sure there were some lower prices online, but this would also mean delivery fees and waiting times. They have an assortment of different battery types. Definitely worth a look.

Nice small business, sounded so professional on the phone, i drove all the way to support them, only to get there and be treated with a no care attitude... Drove 5 mins further and got a new battery... My advise, rather close the store if the staff is overworked....

The agents were unable to assist with batteries for a staple gun and I was advised to try Batteries Unlimited. What exceptional service. Their can do attitude and willingness to assist source a replacement battery was really refreshing. On top of it, the quoted price was extremely reasonable.I will most definitely make use of their services again for any battery needs and will recommend them unconditionally.

Shocking Service From Julian.He Gives you a low quote on the phone to make you travel to Montague Gardens.On arrival he says he doesnt do repairs on my machine (I Quote) and even if i did i would NEVER! give a gaurentee. After I answered all his questions on the phone and supplied all the details.At that moment one of his staff comes out and says we do do it and we do gaurentee it.He did the job and my Machine works. After being screamed at and called a lier by Julian I would not recommend dealing with him as he has no business tact nor a great memory. I recommend making sure he sends a formal quote.

On Wednesday morning I was contemplating buying a new cordless drill or having my current battery repacked. I corresponded with a few repackers and got the same story ...send us the battery pack and we will pack it and return it( at the same price as a new battery 😣 !)I emailed Batteries Unlimited in Capetown a photo of the pack and now Im sitting 2 days later with a repacked battery almost double the capacity replacement battery in my hand, 400km away from Capetown at half the cost of a new battery! This is due to everyone at Batteries Unlimited having OCD about customer service 😂😂 absolutely fantastic service from an obviously well trained motivated team of people . When I feel my pacemaker getting slow I know who to call 😁. Thank you for restoring my faith in business in SA. Takealot...send some people around here to get some idea about service.

My review would have been 4 or 5 stars as they were slightly cheaper than their competitors who were a bit nearer to me. I was impressed by their Covid 19 protocols as you entered. Sanitiser, theometer and a register to complete, Lady staff member very helpful but the guy who served me had his mask way below his nose and a bit of an attitude. Will not be back bacause of this.

This is where to find unusual and hard to find batteries. I had an unusual 9volt, they found an equivalent and then took the cover off my old battery and attached it to the new battery. Works well! Its unusual to find customer service this good.

It is always great to find a place that knows what they are doing and I went to them with a specific problem concerning AAA battery sizes (yes they can be different). They checked and replied promptly and I went in to try out the narrow version and it worked. Great service and good brands.
