I had a wonderful experience with bathroom bizarre, after receiving my order, we realized that we ordered 1 box short to complete our bathroom walls,after contacting Arno, the professional who helped us, he made a plan to put a box of similar tiles together from their different branches, as the tiles were shipped from joburg and our tiler was growing impatient. Talk about going the extra mile, the team at bathroom bizarre was very helpful as well. Just a big thank you to Arno and the team, you guys are amazing. Keep up the excellent work!!

I would like to thank Veranice and the team at Bathroom Bizarre Northgate for absolutely top-notch customer service. Three things stands out. First, the Bathroom Bizarre team worked with me to do all of the purchases for two bathroom renovations entirely virtually, by sending whatsapp and email pictures of different options that could suit my needs back-and-forth. Second was the exceptional effort made to source items that temporarily out of stock (not only at the local Bathroom Bizarre but also other Cape Town area suppliers) and get them to me on the timeline needed. Third, very responsive and eager to please. Such a pleasure working with this team!

Awesome service by the staff especially Werner.Nothing was too much trouble for him and his advice was really solid.Just a little gripe that items displayed were not always stock. Its a tiny bit frustrating walking around choosing something only to find its not available. In this case it was a specific mirror.Pleasure dealing with this company.

I orderd online from them with no hazzles. After that I went to their showroom near Capegate and also received very good service and they deliverd with no extra charge.

I ordered wall tiles for a bathroom as well as sinks,shower panel and toilette and floor tiles.I was promised that all would be delivered in a 2 week period and i arranged for tiling company around this promise.A day before work was due to commence i got a call to say that the delivery truck from JHB did not have my wall tiles.They dont know where they are?I now need to reschedule the tiler and all arrangements around this non delivery.I got a big apology but i have now lost 2 weeks and still dont have the tiles that were paid for and ordered.I will not use this Company again as they need to transport stock to meet certain orders and clearly promises of delivery cannot be relied upon.I am cancelling my full order with them as i am not happy at all.

The manager of this store is absolutely rude & doesnt have any respect for her staff & customers. She is very unprofessional. Im sure this store is losing business because of her attitude. Hopefully the Bathroom Bizarre management will do the necessary research & replace her asap.

As a retired builder its great to visit places like that, even though I did not buy anything here ... I must admit while all the staff were busy with someone, each of them still somehow greeted us & resigned that someone with we will be .. lots to look at & prices are good .. friendly atmosphere
