It takes 5 minutes to take a payment but almost 30 minutes to get a credit

Normally good but today very very poor. Staff to start with just did not want to help or maybe did not know what to do (with getting out of stock goods). Then they wanted me to pay for goods before they can confirm tomorrow if they would be getting it and when.A longtime relationship gone though lack of interest in customer service.

Visited a few days ago, well sign posted and visible from Tokai road close to the Blue Route Mall, ample parkingAs we walked in we were enthusiastically greeted by the helpful and knowledgeable staff, ready to assist and advise.The store is huge with well light and professionally laid out displays of tiles and decor, oh boy and what a huge selection of ceramic, porcelain, granite, slate, sandstone tiles and the list goes on of the various tile types.There is a kitchen & bathroom section with huge selections of fixtures and fittings to choose from guaranteed to satisfy most if not all tastes and styles.Their prices are competitive and stock availability great, but their dispatch needs improvement as I waited longer than anticipated for my order at dispatch. Other than that CTM Tokai is a great place to obtain tiles and related products.They even have a Coffe Bar for your convenience when spending that precious time deciding on the right look for your next project.

This CTM has a decent variety of yours and bathroom furniture. A good place to look.

Good range, service and prices. We were looking for some tiles for our bathroom. David was helpful and knowledgeable. We were in and out with what we wanted. They loaded everything into the car for us.

The tile we chose are not exactly square but the lady that assisted did give us a sample to check against what we wanted, she was very helpful.

Havent been in this store in ages and extremely surprised at the revamp the store had - now it looks very luxurious and la di dah with a small restaurant/coffee shop to boot. A wide range of tiles and bathroom products with helpful staff.
