Well displayed items. All staff members are very hands on. The dispatch team is as respectful as the sales team in store. Warehouse is clean. My favorite CTM.

When we finally got service it was really good but not lots of people on the floor to help.

Bought a shower glass, paid and went to collections only to have them made us wait for an hour to sort out their mismanagement of stock! Missing other appointments. Wont go there again.

CTM Somerset West has a great selection of tiles for anywhere in your home. They also have baths, basins, toilets, kitchen sinks, taps and whatever you need for upgrading your kitchens and bathrooms. I was quit disappointed. Thought there would be bigger selection of tiles.

The experience in the shop us good.But two very tired looking guys took forever to load 28 boxes of tiles.It took me less than half the time to off load it myself.Time is money for contractors.

I want to suggest that before buying your new tiles from 1 sample, look at at least 4 from the collection.Clearly the new format is that they will differ. Not because they are badly finished, but because its now fashion.

With the warehouse of tiles being so big it is sometimes daunting to get service from staff. You will find every kind of tile here and a wide variety of selections. Just be willing to pay for the latest selections which dont last long. Tiles are seasonal.
