Absolutely terrible. They sold me 2 items they didnt have in stock and then spend 30 min trying to do the refund. More staff in shop than customers, but none knew what they were doing and blamed the other. Cashier running to back to find product, then running to front to figure out refund. Never again

Picked out all the items for a new bathroom on 9 Jan. Paid on 11 Jan and informed them that I will be collection first thing on 12 Jan.Was here at 08h00. It is now 09h36. Have a tiler and a person fitting my gutters waiting in Yzerfontein.Still waiting. I have another 3 bathrooms to refurbish. Certainly wont be back.

Waited for over 30 minutes for anybody to even pretend to be working. No Covid safety protocol enforcement at door, staff are oblivious and they waste your time, product info is incorrectly displayed. No senior staff making sure things run smoothly. Total sh*t show. Will not be back.

Very bad service we were there for about 20 min and no one in sight. We had to go look for someone to help us the lady at the till eventually did.

Pathetic service. Been waiting for 10mins for someone to assist me and instead the lady who was supposed to help me stops to helps someone else. Then when I made it known she tells the people she stopped to help that Im complaining. This is unacceptable and will not be back or recommending this to anyone store to anyone in future.

Bought 8 boxes. 2 boxes had 5 tiles and 1 box had 7 tiles. There were supposed to be 6 tiles per box. Shop gave me an extra since I was 1 tile short. However, the batch numbers on the boxes and mould numbers on the tiles were different, resulting in different colours and slightly different sized tiles. No one explained this at the store or bothered to ask if it mattered. It mattered.

Justin is extremely knowledgeable and I have nothing but praise for the service here over the years.

Sadly I couldnt give it 0 stars but I wish i could. There were about 6 staff on the floor, after wandering around aimlessly for 20 minutes and having new arrivals helped before me was bearable. The 8 minute wait at the cashier for service while the cashier was confirming which new cellphone he wanted on his contract upgrade was slightly upsetting. The worst part was when a woman arrived at the counter after my 8 minute wait and immediately seeing someone else step in to help her (first guy was choosing colour of phone at this stage).I have never been to CTM in my 31 years on Earth and i can promise you I will NEVER be back. I dont want a sorry from CTM, a well fix it. I want the bosses to know what incompetent, rude and disrespectful staff he has hired and that he has lost a customer. I know this wont matter to the CTM group, but Im glad I had my say. Cheerio*There was a gent upstairs at the bathroom section that acknowledged my existence but he was with another customer, the rest of them were literally helping the single moms or standing around talking. Pathetic service.

What an awesome experience I had at this store. I had some left-over product to return after a recent build, but I could not find my invoices. One of the shop assistants made a concerted effort to help me. He looked up on their invoicing system – and eventually found my sale! And then found another return item under my architect’s details. The sales agent was so helpful. I managed to return all my leftover product. I am a happy customer.

I enquired about a product from a lady on the floor. She said she will get someone to assist me. At the time she was not helping anyone. I proceeded and found what I was looking for on display, but required assistance to acquire it.As I looked around to see if anyone was coming, I saw 2 sales assistants helping one customer.If I didnt ask for assistance, I would not have received any.Whats the purpose of these people on the floor when they simply ignore customers?2 Stars coz their public toilets are very nice.They should beef up on their customer service though.

Excellent service by Criselle Naidoo, a very knowledgeable and efficient sales rep who guided me through the buying of tiles and everything that I need. And then Elethu assisted us in getting the entire stock in our cars, two trips needed but he was great. I would definitely recommend CTM above other tiles/hardware places as far as service is concerned.

We received excellent service yesterday. We required a specific toilet seat which they didnt have available at the Northgate branch. Once of the staff members personally drove to collect another one from one of the other brances for us and contacted us a couple of hours later to advise that we could come and collect it. Arrived at store and has to call for service more than once as the assistants were ignoring me as it was 1:44 and they wanted to get ready to leave. Just before 2p.m. I was at the cash desk waiting to pay one of the assistants kept saying.. maak gou, maak gou I found this to be very rude and unprofessional.

We had a terrible experience at this store. My husband and I was in and out of this store for close to 3 hours. Not once did any member of staff asked if we needed assistance. When we did decide on a tile and asked for help the staff member was extremely unhelpful. It turns out the tile that we decided on was out of stock, he assured us that they are waiting for stock. With further enquiry we found out from another staff member that the tile was discontinued in its current size, but they are waiting for new stock in the bigger size, he in return assured us its only the size of the tile that is changing, the colour etc will stay the same. However after futher questioning we discovered that nothing about the tile will be the same. I was very disappointed that they kept discontinued stock as a display and did not even know basic details of new products. We vissited another CTM store and they told us that the spesific tile has been removed from their display 3 months ago. Northgate CTM is pathetic. We will never shop there again or recommend the store. Go to CTM Montague Gardens there they are profesional and helpful. We bought 120 square meters of tiles there, because they wanted to do bussiness.
