Delivery was arranged for a later date to ensure people were present to collect. When phoning dispatch they were unaware of my planned prepaid delivery and had I not contacted them I would not have received my items

I came into the store and the consultant criselle assisted us from start to finish and could answer all our questions and knew exactly what was required and would recommend her to any client that is a first timer at the store as she makes you feel welcoming..Excellent service out of the world

I bought in November 2020 a shower door from CTM and when I closed the shower door it shattered into a thousand pieces cutting me leaving my bathroom floor covered in blood.We reported the incident they kindly informed us they did not install the shower door we should contact the manafacturer informing my husband that the same incident happened to a 9 year old boy leaving him traumatized. They said we have to replace the panal door as it was R420 but they still continue selling the shower door in their shop even if it is a danger to their customers. From today I will never shop from CTM again.

Nice big store with lots of options, unfortunately no service. Even when we found someone and asked for assistance it was a hassle. I did my research and new what we wanted, otherwise would have just left.

Great shop with a wide range of bathroom equipment and a great range of floor and wall tiles. The service is excellant and staff is very knowledgeable. Delivery service is also available. Ample parking in CTMs parking area. Would recommend.

As long as I can remember Brackenfell CTM has the worst service in the Weatern Cape not even ther Manager Elton is helping they never get back to you and also always lie about there performanceI am so sick of them all can they close

I went to buy a toilet and they didnt have a single toilet in stock, a company that makes its bread and butter from selling bathroom appliances and they dont even have toilets in stock.

Fond tiles online, phoned and they had in stock. Showed us the stock, colour great and effortless purchase. Staff are knowledgeable and with fancy mobile check points get the job done quickly. Very enjoyable sourcing experience!

Their service is not that good though I had to stand for very long time to be served.

I am busy with renovations and have purchased tiles at both ctm Brackenfell and builders Cape gates this week. The service I received at CTM was above and beyond! I will do all my business with ctm from now on. I am VERY impressed!

Pricing is acceptable and service is good. Although staff are under pressure they are always friendly. Turnaround of stock seems fast and one thing I have learnt is to purchase enough tiles ensuring not to run out. You may just end up with having to wait a week for additional stock. My rating is of this shop is good because of an overall good buying and advisory service and prompt delivery.

Dont let them deliver. Never pay and wait for delivery... You will follow up and find out that nobody knows nothing about your order.

I just spent about R40 000 at this branch.I am not impressed by Pieter Bredenkamp, the sales manager.He lies in your face and does not know his products. When caught out, he can not admit that he was in the wrong.He can not by relied on at all. (does not return phone calls and does not what he promises to do at all.

Reasonable selection. Took my partner with me and the Salesman addressed him instead of me, assuming I would have no business buying a toilet seat. Was a bit off-putting

Experienced staff who is able to help you match the correct products and make sure you leave with everything you need to tile. With mobile card machines, it makes shopping so much better as the consultant can ring up your purchase on the spot instead of you having to stand in long lines at tills.

A coloured guy was sitting there and said the tiles will be brought to the back. We waited very long. Thats when the 2 black gentlemen assisted with loading. The were very helpful and friendly. Very good place. Very helpful staff. No problem with returns. Very wide range of tiles and bathroom pieces. Tiles are Killamanjaro make. Very happy with this make. Strong and sturdy tiles. NB. Must use correct tile cement. Prices are very reasonable and competative. And they have a small coffee shop inside. Very clean and neat in this shop. Well worth visiting.👌👍

I enjoyed the experience. I was in and out in about 5 to 10 minutes. Someone approached me at the door to assist and thats what they did. They found my product, finalised payment and arranged delivery in that time.
