I completely agree with Gregorios opinion. I also enjoy having one barber attending me and this barber taking its time to work the hair and beard. In Urban men I had the feeling I was in the worst rush hour trying to get to work. The final result was not bad but clearly lacked of care in both hair and beard. The quick head & shoulder massage was not bad however. But be careful with the extras because they are provided without asking.

I live in Canada and save my haircuts and facial treatments and now massage and pedicure for when I am visiting Cape Town. These guys are excellent and have a lovely team of assistants who pamper and care for my every grooming need. Ill be there in a few weeks time and will be back to looking good and feeling fresh and trimmed again. I recommend this experience highly.

Love this place. Every time I come to Cape Town I get my haircut here. Shampoo, haircut, eyebrow threading, nose hair wax, another shampoo with scalp massage and hand/arm massage, then a styling. Prices are great and the cut is amazing.

Call me a traditionalist, but I enjoy having one barber attend to me and my cut rather than 3 different guys. The gentleman that assisted me did NOT know how to shape beards. If you’re looking for a barber that knows how to shape medium to longer haired beards then this isn’t your barber. They do fresh cuts and decent bald to fades, but they bombard you with all the extras which can be overwhelming for the newcomer.

A man must maintain self esteem and respect. A visit to this establishment is a prerequisite for grooming. Wonderful, and friendly professionals will remove your hair in places that is just not meant to be. Not expensive and you walk out feeling 10 years younger. Caution with nose hairs, when they pull it out you realise that its roots......are attached to your scotrum

Generally good with the exception of one incredibly inexperienced hairdresser who will ruin your hair if you do not specify absolutely every detail. They have a generic cut they stick to and will default to an extremely short fade with medium length hair at the top. My suggestion is to watch them carefully or insist that the older gentleman cuts your hair.

Ive been to plenty of different hair salons in Cape Town and this one is by far my favourite. Friendly and professional staff . Complete haircut with styling and a few minutes of complementary head message wont take longer than 20 minutes. A normal haircut with a few personal styling requests will cost around R200-R250.If youre like me and you dont really like unnecessary small talk during haircuts, this place is perfect. They focus on your hair and you can decide if you want to chat, sit back and relax, or do something on your phone without it being awkward.

Amazing!Having read the positive reviews, I decided to see for myself. Safe to say I was not disappointed. Haircut done to perfection within 10 minutes (which is amazing considering it usually takes around 30min) , another 10 minutes for washing and styling and I was on my way. I declined the eyebrow trimming etc. but it seems a good add on if you have the time and want the full treatment.Extremely happy with the experience. The staff are friendly - the barbers are masters, and it has a good vibe. Price-wise its not the cheapest place youll find, but for a simple haircut, youll pay around R195, but, given that places like Edge for Men charge you R240 for the same treatment, id say its well worth it.I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend it.

This place is incredible. The team is so professional - best I have seen anywhere. I had my hair washed, cut and styled, eyebrows threaded, nosehair removed and head massaged all in less than 20 minutes. I have never left any review on Google but the service was just too damn good that I felt compelled to give them the recognition that they so deserved. Would definitely come back for more!

My hair was cut in such a rush and the shop wasnt even busy. More time was spent on the hair wash than the actual hair cut and grooming. End result was not good quality, especially for the price.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. I have come several times over the past year and more than half of the time I leave unhappy. Convenient location will no longer persuade me. Please try listening to your clients and get training on what an undercut, fade and combover is. Also invest in decent brushes for styling hair. Your fingers do not a hairbrush make. If people are looking for a high quality and specific style I would advise looking elsewhere

5 Star Experience all around. Have never gotten such service in the US. Seab (?) gave a great cut to start. It started with a hair wash, cut, beard trim and straight razor shave AND then another hair wash, hot towel, and then a blow dry and wax! It was an experience, not just a cut.Ive never had anyone use so much precision with my beard and the straight razor. It was elegant how he pinched my lips and cheeks in order to get every corner done right and lined up. I cant speak for if this is expensive as Im from out of town, but the whole experience (washes, cuts, beard care) was R340. Thanks again guys!
