Dont usually leave bad recommendations but we had such a bad experience. Went in with my nephew who had long beautiful curls. He wanted long on top and shorter round the side and wanted to retain his long curls on top. We even showed a picture. He came out with nothing even remotely the same. The barber just took a pair of scissors and chopped stright into the top of all his curls and said itll grow when I said afterwards its not what we wanted. Which yes its true, but the child is 9 and been growing his hair for years.

Mens room in Muizenberg used to be my local, but Im just as happy to make a longer trip after moving because its such a comfortable and welcoming place. On my every visit, the staff are very friendly and professional, I like all the barbers there, Quintin is my regular trimmer and always does everything he can to make me feel welcome and at ease. Besides the fact that hes an excellent hair stylist, he always puts in the extra mile!

I am very pleased with how the staff at mens room Muizenberg handled my complaint, I was emailed and when I called in and explained why I was unhappy, the lady I spoke to handled it with care and complete understanding and I was rewarded with a free of charge Legend package for my friend and hes very happy with the service he received today.
