QUICKSHADE

From the moment I sent a question through their website requesting information on the difference between gazebos to the point of delivery, the process has been seamless. Robbie provided me more than enough information and steered me away from overspending on another option. I am thankful for all of the assistance and extensive knowledge and recommend the Quickshade team strongly. Awesome service !!Ian MillerUnited Scientific

Every product that Quickshade has produced for our company has exceeded our expectations! We must commend Robbie Jacobs and his friendly team - always ready and willing to meet and beat lead times - especially when things are required urgently!THANK YOU QUICKSHADE FOR RENDERING MY COMPANY BRANDING A SUCCESS - EVERYTIME!

Will not recommend QUICK SHADE the owner Robbie has not respect for clients recommendation. I had a proplem with a product I got from Quick SHADE. I ask his secotory if they could not look at making a better quality one. Robbie called me and I ask him the same question his response to me was if you not happy with the quality of product go somewhere else. I was shocked the own could say something like this. he said he cant waste time driving to pick up all the time. I drop off the broken product too. Then when I ask for a quote for 7 banners to be made he said know he dose not want the work I should use a defrent company to make my banners has he thought his product and quality will not meet my standards. He forgets how much money I spent at his company and the clients I sent him. I have it on email were he refuses to make the banners for me. All because I ask a simple question can you look at making your sharkfin better quality has 5 of them broke. 2 broke after 1day of using them in perfect weather conditions. Bad customer service. Remember never ask him to improve his quality of product he will tell you to go to another company.
