The service is really bad at this branch. Waited and waited and no one will approach you to see what service you need instead you just have to sit and wait wait wait wait.

As mentioned by others, TERRIBLE, slow service! Sitting here right now for an hour, with only 3 customers in front of me. Consultants walk to each other constantly because it seems like they dont know what the hell to do. System is normally extremely slow too. Pathetic!

Been phoning them since 9:30 this morning. Phone keeps getting disconnected. Very disappointed

Staff is so unprofessional and not very help full... Waited an entire 30 min to be assisted on pay day with only one client before me... Walked the floor and there was only one sales consultant... On pay day... Thats a disgrace... Regret moving from Capitec.

We waited for an hour outside the branch. Cumbersome manual process of information already linked to my profile. No direction and only one person working and walking the floor.
