Terribly slow, longer than an hour for a simple card collection. Queues out of the door, yet only 4 of 8 tellers are open.
Under staffed Nedbank branch. The cleaner who is outsourced to a cleaning company is directing people where to go within the branch. (The cleaner was the most helpful out of everyone there, maybe Nedbank should us the same recruiter that the cleaning company uses).Came to do business banking but due to the branch being under staffed I had to deal with a teller with a giant bullet proof glass screen between. Could barely hear what she was saying. The system was so slow that after 10 minutes she still couldnt do anything.Thinking of moving my business to FNB.
I cant agree with Mr humdulay staff is well manner they tell you what you need to know for what ever you come for so I dnt have a problem an Im banking 6+ years nw
Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a bank.
Poor service, no courtesy and staff needs training
