Yesterday was my 1st visit to the Brackenfell branch of Value Baking Supplies. Wow, what a beautiful and well organised store! A special shout out to the lady who was assisting me. Sorry, i didnt ask your name but i want to compliment and thank you for your excellent customer service!

First time ever wife and I decided to go take a look at what is going on inside here as we headed to another shop in the shopping complex. From party pack ideas to baking supplies, should be a dream for anyone that enjoys baking, etc. I am sure my wife will make a return visit very soon.

Disappointed. I would have given a higher rating if the item they promised to put aside for me was there when I drove all the way to collect it. They have now offered to deliver (I presume for free) to compensate, lets see if that happens...Update - the item was delivered so the rating improves

Good range of baking products. Tends to be a fraction cheaper than CAB but I couldnt find specific nozzle I was looking for so had to go to CAB anyway. Staff members were all helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking.

Very friendly staff! Lots of interesting stock for baking and cooking. Wide range of spices with very good prices. A lot cheaper than any supermarket.

It is one of the few places where the staff members basically greet you at the door. Upon walking into the shop, you can expect a friendly hello from at least 2 people. They arent too badly priced with their products. A new addition to the shop is their barista area where you can purchase a decent take away coffee at a very decent price. Jaymor pies are also a tasty new addition to try out, if you havent done so yet.
