I went to Shoprite Athlone Cape Town for my monthly groceries today 24 September 2021. Amongst other things, I purchased a six pack of milk. I realized when I got home the box was rotten, had worms all over, and the milk was off. Please see pics attached.

Very bad customer service from the colored lady who served me today. She dint have her name tag but she kept throwing my things after scanning in such a disrespectful manner even throwing some on the floor. Very rude woman. Please remind staff the importance of customer service

Its cheap n keeps cost of living to accommodate everyone.

The shop is decent and clean enough. Their prices are good. The food is okay as well. The surroundings are not always pleasant.

Just back from Shoprite Athlone today Tuesday 9 June 2020.I noticed a Manager speaking on the office phone behind the glass wearing No mask and another office lady sitting on a chair next to her. No social distancing either!In my opinion that was not her private office phone.This is one definite way to pass the virus along?I feel the need to report this as inconsiderate as the entire country can be affected because of this.Kindly look into this and educate your staff again and I suggest everyday as some people have short memories about the seriousness of this desease!

Public transport very close to the store. ATMs available in store and immediately outside the entrance. Spacious iles and lots of check out tills. Sufficient parking directly opposite the store.

Shop was full, but did not wait long in the que before paying for the items. Found everything I needed very easily and I dont usually shop there.
