Poor experience today. Cream/custard donut was extremely hard and stale. Called and spoke to staff that selling stale cake is unethical and can pose a health hazard. They indicated that I would be refunded if I returned the stake cakes. My response is that money was not the issue, but the principle behind it. Quality is of paramount importance when dealing with food. Good customer service and courtesy was also an apparent shortcoming.

The staff are polite and friendly. I pick up orders at Select at least once a week for work and the staff will always ask me how I am and chat. The doughnuts and koesisters which we buy are enjoyed by those who have them. I love this place. Only negative I can say is that worm mornings the production does run a bit late and this does inconvenience pick-ups for morning meetings and functions. But I overall recommend Select. The quality is decent and the prices are good
