Kids Emporium in Canal Walk impressed me from the start! It was a big decision to decide on a luxury Cybex travel set for our baby but after making one enquiry, Sharon-Rose at the store contacted me to explain all the details and offered that I view the travel set on the floor before ordering it. I was impressed at the meticulous manner in which she kept me updated throughout the time. I was happy to have found them, as they are one of the few stores in CT that actually stock the German brand, Cybex. So much easier than ordering it online and hoping all will work out.We had a tiny hiccup when a small accessory item was unavailable due to the unrest in KZN. When I noticed the item was missing, the owner (Lauren) rang me personally and apologized profusely for the missing item. Within a short time, it was replaced and ready for me to fetch from the store. The service I received from Lauren was exemplary! She is kind, polite and goes above and beyond to assist her clients. My family and I have nothing but praise for her professionalism. The condition and quality of the pram/travel set on arrival was pristine! It is so beautiful! I have decided that should I need any further purchases for my baby, big or small, I will only deal with Kids Emporium in Canal Walk! They have set the bar high in terms of service and more importantly after sales care♥️ Thank you Lauren and Team!

Im extremely upset and disappointed with Kids Emporium Canal Walk and it will sadly be my last time supporting you.I was gifted a 6-12month size dress from your store for my daughter, however, upon opening I noted the bow on the front was stained.When taking it back, I was informed they would not refund or exchange as the dress wasnt in that condition upon sale? The dress has never been worn as my child is only 3 months old and still had the tags on. Im offended that I am being held liable when the garment was sold in that condition.
