I have to compliment the service I received from Grahame at Babies are us!! Very friendly and competent in the products on sale. Sold me a really great stroller and talked me through every detail of it. Grahame deserves best employee!

Shocking website experience. I paid for my item, got a confirmation email, and then waited. After a week I checked the order status and then saw it is maked as cancelled. I got no email notification of this. Called their contact centre and the very helpful lady said that their site has no method of notifying you when your order is cancelled. Really no point trying to buy online from them. And you have to pay for delivery no matter what the order size is. Definitely not worth the effort to be honest.

So the website denies me acess to my account even after several password changes.i made a payment no notification of recieved amount and placed order yet my account has been debited. Worst online experience ever.
