Ive had a bit of an urgent matter with one of my parcels and in a rush I headed to this branch. The people working were so helpful and understanding and rushed to assist me. I spoke to the Manager, Analisa. She tried everything to assist me in my need. I am so greatful for their wonderful service! Honestly it was so nice having people care and try their best

I wanted to send a parcel to Vereeniging, but the lady said the Branch doesnt exist. I went home and found on Google it does exist.I drove back and only then did she accept the package.Not good service...

WORST EVER - BEWARE!!! DONT USE THEMAfter asking repeatedly I was assured that my fragile parcel will arrive at the destination in one piece as long as we write on it Fragile AND if it should break I shouldnt worry they have insurance!!!! Oh my goodness and true as Bob my parcel arrived at the client with 4 of the 10 items broken.I then phoned customer care...what a waste of time!!! Now all of a sudden Im told sorry you are not covered and we cannot help you.The so-called manager , Rafiek Richards, sounded like a stuck record just kept on saying sorry you are not coveredDo they think for one minute I would have used them if I knew they dont cover for it, AND I made sure to ask the employee BEFORE I agreed to use them.Now I have a very unhappy client, which obviously also dont have her Christmas gifts, and I have to carry the costs.Honestly I think PAXI is not equipped to do courier services - even whoever they use for doing their deliveries - they have the let’s all just wash our hands and take NO responsibility - pathetic.WORST SERVICE EVER.Will definitely never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone.“8.2.1. damages or loss suffered by You due to physical damage to Your parcel unless it is directly caused by PAXIs gross negligence or wilful default; Mmmmm I would say it is their negligence!!!!
Its okay just find the stock a bit limited with regards to the other stores
