This outlet doesnt focus on age 5 and upwards in the girls section. Limted to no items actually in clothing wear.The home section also doesnt really have the assentialsThe ladies foot wear is also lowsy.

I need to share the absolute awesome service I received from the staff @ PEP Bothasig.Arriving with a parcel to be sent, 02Jan21, way too BIG (was not aware of this beforehand).I was not sent away, the lady in turn offered assistance in making it possible by helping me to pack in x2 separate bags and ensure it leaves the same day.I have been supporting this PEP ever since it opened, and this service just reconfirmed why I would drive back to this store.Kindly do compliment your staff. They deserve it.Not easy times, however they delivered.

Worst store I have been to in a LONG time.Staff are on their phones, customers are let in WITHOUT masks. Very unhelpful and untidy ! Do yourself a favor and skip this store. #dobetter

Definitely not a pleasant experience this time as they refused to exchange a gift that I received which was not the right size and I do not have the receipt. Surely they could make an exception as these items were not yet used

Bought my daughter a tracksuit and only got to take it back after month. Store refused to refund or exchange saying it had been worn yet It was in a packet with slip the whole time. Pathetic service

Try ringing their phone, impossible! Frequently out of stock of Pep paxi courier bags! Staff friendly, dont know their phone and courier system is suffering!

Selling faulty sim cards. On my 2nd sim card and get sim not provisioned for voice. They keep blaming the client saying you took to long to register it but they then do the registration and I put I put the simcard into the phone. Clearly selling bad simcards.

The staff were extremely helpful. The paxi service had difficulty connecting and the ladies never stopped trying to have it connect. They also kept me informed of what was happening the whole time. After 45 min the paxi service connected and they finished helping me with the same patients and kindness they had shown throughout the very trying circumstance. I recommend this store for their service.

Their flip flops are selling at R24. 99 a pair, thats a steal. Buy 3 pairs and youve got variety, value for money and they will last the summer

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Although the store is a little bit confused, not organised so that you can see exactly where is what. Specially by the socks, its very unorganized. Further I had a very well experience shopping there. Prices still beat other shops.

I love going to this Pep as they always have give away prices, however it states on the website they open at 9:00 am everyday but when i get there at 9:30 on a Sunday the doors is still closed and I got told they only open at 10am, really confusing.They should update their trading hours if thats the case.

Clean well stocked store. I was delighted to realise that many items were not available in larger branches of the same chain.

Nothing here for a man. I am 63 and wear an 11 shoe. Nothing in my size to wear clothing wise. The size 11 shoes are way too small. All boys clothing and shoes by the looks of it.The assistant I asked at N1 to assist, thought it was funny that I would ask if they had a sandal in a 13 as the 11 was 2 sizes too small.Oh yes I forgot, its PEP, I am expecting too much in the line of service.

Could be more floor staff can be more helpful.Not a pleasure shopping there .

Very little stock in kids department compared to other stores. Not as well supplied as in past.I was told there was no stock of certain kids size which I found unusual as other stores stock that size. Also difficult to reach top hanging racks.Staff did assist when asked.

Staff are extremely rude, and they are always shouting across the checkouts and the shop itself. They are totally unprofessional and unhelpful. Checkouts are always slow ! While bunches of staff stand around talking to each other. My last encounter with them I was told - rudely- that I must go make a copy of my receipt if I want my own receipt back!!

I used to work for Pepkor, so I know a little about their quality controls. You wont find better baby/kids clothes for that quality and price-point combination. For R500, you can get quite a few items for your kids, as opposed to 1 item from Woolies, for example
