Ive used Harish Prag and Blindsworld on several occasions over the last 15 years - and he has delivered an exceptional service even though Im not in his normal area of operations. My brother was so impressed with his work that he also installed blinds and other at his place in Sea PointWith many years of expertise, Blindsworld is highly recommended for his exceptional service and professionalism.

We’ve had the most appalling service from Blinds world. We had blinds installed 1/10/2020 and since then had the installer return at least 3 times.Mr. Prag refuses to acknowledge fault in his product and rather makes accusations that I am dishonest and mishandling the blind, and ripping blind out of the wall via emails to my wife. He was only available for a meeting the following week but unfortunately we had to cancel requesting another date to which he did not respond. On phoning him today he responded by saying fix it yourself. After sales service is absolutely horrible! We reported this unethical business to the ombudsman. We regret doing business with Harish Prag. Installer of cheap products at high prices.

Hi Mr Prag. My husband and I tried to put up the blinds ourselves as you have said telephonically earier today but is unable to. The plastic holder inside the tube keeps on going back into the tube. Hence we cannot hang it to the bracket on the wall. Please honour your word. We send the necessary details as requested by your receptionist a while ago. I assume that is why you are responding.No force was ever used and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the wall or concrete. Your lies are really becoming pathetic. However as you did not honour your 2 year after service and warrantee, I paid for the blind to be repaired and the feedback was that the bracket used was of poor quality. After the repairs and replacement of the brackets, the blind works nicely. So, readers be very careful of Mr Pragg and his promises before doing business with him.Keep well Mr Pragg. Your lies will catch up with you one day.

Very professional and committed, great quality. Even when not everything was perfect, they took full responsibility, came back to my home (which was far away) and made it perfect.

Absolutely appalling end product and disgraceful service. DO NOT EVER use them. My blinds are a complete waste of money R 30000Plus and they couldn’t give a damn!!! Wish I could post the photos I have taken
