This is absolutely my go-to tyre shop. I won’t shop anywhere else. They are friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. I came in with a damaged sidewall a few weeks ago grumpy that I had to replace a one-year old tyre. The person on duty looked at the tyre, called the rep for confirmation, and promptly replaced it under a “all hazards” warranty. Just one example of many good experiences in this shop.

I drove over a screw and caused a puncture, went to this branch to get it repaired, got there at 8.05am, tyre was repaired at 8.15am. Ok service. The wheel alignment printout was illegible so I have no record if the alignment was within specificion.

Supa Quick Observatory has such excellent service. I was assisted by Tanya Casal who truly understands what 5 star customer service is. She activated my account and explained everything I wanted done to my car. She advised that the wait would be 2.5 hours and gave my 3 year old a colouring book and crayons. I was floored by the excellent customer service and the friendly staff. Top class

Came in for alignment and rotation.Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged , reception was busy on a call and instead of letting me know she would help me soon just let me stand around. The guy on floor didnt seem like he was really keen to help and was gone after a while so it was only Philani to assist. He did a good job. If it was not for him rating would be lower , felt in general they were doing me a favour by helping me out instead of wanting to do business.

I went there for alignment, just because it was busy my tires didnt even come off the car. I was watching the whole time. I also had cable ties on my wheel caps which were still the same ties when they said they were finished. This was not my first time there, but this was my 1st bad experience. Didnt even get the alignment print out.

Good work... I was helped very soon after arriving without making an appointment. I went for wheel alignment with my bmw 5 series unfortunately they dont offer only front or back wheel alignment so I had to have front and back done despite only requiring front wheel alignment (the website says they offer front wheel alignment at a lower price). However my car drove very nicely after alignment so i would recommend them for wheel alignment.

They do not live up to their name unfortunately. Went one Friday afternoon for standard wheel alignment but was turned away due to them being too busy. I returned the next morning at around 8.30 and was told I’d have to wait up to 1 and a half hours for wheel alignment, yet there was a machine available. It seems they lack proper workload planning.

Alan and his team are superb and helpful. Great service from a community centered store. We will always support them and be back for more.

Worst experience! After booking 3 weeks in advance. I got a call the morning of my booking to say they dont have a technician so they have to reschedule. Eventually we made a new booking. Balancing and alignment took 3 hours. Since when do you need to put a half day leave in to align and balance your Tyres.Staff attitude sucks. They make as if they are doing you a favour.Definitely will not use their service again.

Somehow I feel done in. I bought two days later exactly the same tyre at Tyremart Claremont for R480.00 cheaper. It was an emergency and I relied on their honesty.

I had a towbar fitted at this branch a while ago and had a good experience. This morning I discovered I had a flat tyre and decided to take it there for a quick repair.I arrived and walked into reception. The 2 ladies at the desk sat there staring at me. I finally asked if they are open. Yes, they are open. I explained what I needed done and since they indicated that it will take a few minutes before they could attend to it, I left the keys and walked off to get a coffee. I returned 20 minutes later to find my car still where i left it and decided that I will take it somewhere else. I went to reception to get my keys. At that point there were lifts and technicians available. The lady then shouted across the workshop to someone who had the keys. This person then, despite my request to leave, proceeded to pull my car onto a lift. I again insisted that I want to take the car elsewhere, whereupon the lady called what I assume is the manager by the name of Alan. I explained to him that I want to leave since they clearly have to capacity to assist me but simply could not be bothered. He then rather aggressively started explaining that they were busy with something else and in response I suggested that it would have been a better idea to rather apologies for the wait in a friendly way and that then I might have stayed anyway. He then, even more aggressively, accused me of have bad attitude. Yes. The client who has been waiting for a simple puncture repair and was dismayed by the service has a bad attitude. I then asked him if he was in charge of the operation. Yes, I am in charge! So if you wanna complain, you can complain to me!!I left and went to Good Hope Tyres in Woodstock where I was helped immediately, dealt with courteously and left as a happy customer.QUICK FIT OBSERVATORY is an unprofessional backyard garage operating under the good grace of the QUICK FIT banner. This workshop will damage the name of the franchise.

I wanted to do a rotate and balance, so I thought why not do alignment as well. Bought a 3D alignment deal from Hyperli - but since that day I did the alignment the car went from driving to straight to pulling to the left and still like that :(
