Unfortunately my experience at Charlies was very negative. Same problem over and over that they committed to resolving and never did. I eventually had to take it to someone else to resolve. I gave Charlie every opportunity possible to correct the situation over more than a year. I eventually moved on and paid someone else to sort it out after he promised me to collect the car the following day (for the 7th time) to resolve and he never called. A pity, because they seem to be a nice family and to generally run a decent business, but they failed me completely.
