My daughters car was taken in for a clutch replacement every thing seemed copaseitec, until she drove her car to work soon after and realised something is wrong as she isnt able to control the car, it wont stay straight it keeps pulling to the sides when she brakes with a dragging sound coming from underneath the car eventually makes it to work, takes it to a workshop to see what went wrong the mechanic jacked up the car noticed the control arm was not tightened after the car had been worked on which could of ended horrifically.I call the mechanic (fuming) as a father, because where is the quality control, why let her drive out (or any customer) without checking the car is 100% safe and tested , how do you not fasten what you loosened to work on the car, eventually i speak to the correct person who seems more irritated with me because im so upset my daughter could of ended up in a car accident or worse from their negligence and while i hammer him with questions he mentions IF we made a mistake, cant anyone just tighten the bolt and the way you are going on is like a idiot and im going to put the phone down which he does.Where is the accountability, sorry sir how can we fix it? Is she alright? Instead you receive arroganceGranted i was upset because dont offer a service and end up endangering the persons life. I will never advise anyone i know to take any vehicle here where they cant take responsibility for their poor service and gets up set with the customer for being upset.

I booked my vehicle in for a Service and Brakes. They looked very well after my vehicle. They did a complete Safety Check. I am very happy with their Service. Ask for Jano van der Westhuizen for assistance. He really went the extra mile for me.

They adhere to their own logo had my bukkie wheel bearing quickly fixed there.

Terrible customer service.Spoke with the manager asking for some advice.He wasnt helpful at all. Basically didnt offer any assistance.Slammed the door when we left.
