They completely misdiagnosed what was wrong with my Diesel vehicle. That cost R2 700.00. Toni did call me back: To confirm theyre not refunding. The fact that their fault finding was completely incorrect has no bearing on workshop hs spent hmmmmm? I dont think so.

Jan is a genius and will always make a plan when parts are not available. Fair and honest business where you wont get ripped off.

These folks dont diagnose or fix your car properly.They overlooked blocked catalytic converters, one completely broken engine mounting, another deteriorated engine mounting and a loose gear shift cable bushing.I dont think they care about fixing your car. They either wont or are incapable of doing a proper diagnostic inspection. Despite all this, they will charge you handsomely for their time. They are best avoided.And by the way, at least some of the 5-star reviews here come from people who work there.

Italsud motors.... By far the best service i have had from mechanic. My car went in for a few issues all was sorted out 😃 when I got home I had a question about something. Phoned them the receptionist told me Jan the master mechanic went out to go and help a client in need. She wil tell him to phone me. He phoned me at 19:00 and answered my questions... Nowthat I call service. Thanks Italsudmotors

Tony does know his stuff, but he dares not be questioned and if there is conflict, he just flips you off, does not want to engage. The communication is some of the worst ever - they do not respond to mails or update you on progress etc. They also do not have card facilities. Unapologetic for bad service given. A bit of a monopoly type of attitude - not many people that can work on these cars, so take it or leave it approach.

Well done job. No card facility so be prepared to do eft or cash.

Had a really great experience with Italsud--recommended by a friend. Took my CiTiGolf in for a service (it needed a lot of love) and an electrics problem. They were friendly, helpful, and sorted me out - and very understanding that I was going out of town and couldnt pick up my car right away!Plus, the next week someone stopped me on the street to ask where I got my car serviced, because hes had such bad luck with services for his Golf and he could hear that mine was running perfectly ;).

Potentially the worst service I have ever received from any service provider of any sort ever.Took car in with issue, informed it was failed turbo.Took well over a month for car to be finished. Cost over R15k to repair (pricey on a small car).Car was broken again, same issue, within a week.Returned.They fixed the car again.Within 2 weeks the car was broken again, same issue.They refuse to repair car. Ongoing fight now for 5 months.Owner of shop called me idiot, stupid and stated that hed crush me like an ant.Avoid at all costs.
