I popped in randomly with a car that was making funny noises. Their workshop was full and it was the last official workday before they could take some time off over Christmas. Terrible experience. I was lead to believe that there will be transport to take me home - which was not true. Also, I waited for more than 5 minutes while there were other staff members sitting around having coffee. If you took the customer into consideration, you could have made a plan. I stay very close (and could have walked home), but to me it was the principle (or lack thereof(.
