My first time using Disa Auto Services for my 75 000km service and I am very impressed. From the driver that took me home being very professional to the friendliness of the receiptionist.I was phoned before they started on the car to confirm what will be done after the complete check that was done on my Tata Bolt.

Found this place by accident, and really glad that I did. Pieter looked after me as if I was a VIP, and did the same with my car. After just a few hours, he sent me a really professional diagnosis and quotation, and repaired the vehicle. This was after 2 other workshops had tried and failed badly. Blown away by great service and professionalism. Well done Disa. Super impressed.

When the OWNER and HIS WIFE, FRIENDS and FAMILY write their own reviews you know that something is not right. Beware of these guys they are rogue traders. They ripped me off and have a bad name in within the industry.

I went to Disa with my 1965 Volkswagen Beetle asking them to replace my rubber brake lines (Which I supplied myself) and asked for a quote. Their reply was that they cannot give me a quote at this time.Trusting it is a simple job as it is a simple vehicle, the car stood there for several days and I asked for a Quote atleast 3 times with the same answer each time.After coming back to pick the car up I got the invoice of the amount which I had to pay and it was R8000!! I was a Matric student at High School Strand at the time and would have to pay this money myself. They would not budge.After calling my Father and threatening them with lawsuits they lowered the price to R5000 which is still A LOT of money for a job like this where all the parts where supplied by me! Afterwards I went to other Mechanic shops to ask what the job should have costed and almost all of them agreed not more than R1500.Stay away from this shop. Your wallet wont regret it.Edit: I still have the Beetle. Yesterday I wanted to paint the wheels and when I took the drum brakes off you could see that the brakes were never done! All of the Master Cylinders were leaking and the brake shoes were worn down completely! I need to rebuild it all! Absolutely appalling!

Really impressed with their service. They fixed a problem with my alternator at half the price that nissan quoted ( and still used genuine nissan parts) and the car hasnt felt this good in a long time. Carlo explained everything in detail, offered options, had the vehicle ready on time, and really took care of the vehicle. Have no problem recommending these guys and Im going to bring all my vehicles here in future.
