Went to Dents n All for a towbar fitting. Well priced, but other than that I would not go back. They ordered the towbar and when I went for the fitting, it didnt fit. Received a message a little later on, that the owner checked, the bar must fit. Returned the next day. Didnt fit. They ordered a new one. Third time lucky, the bar fitted.Unfortunately it was done very badly. The damaged the bumper (see photos), and there is a crazy rattle while driving over speed bumps and gravel.I paid for a swan neck bar, and they could only find a standard tow bar. I agreed to that, but was charged for the swan neck. Still waiting for the refund of the balance.

No quality control. Workmanship is absolutely shocking.

Had amazing experience with dents and all. The staff is very helpful, provide timely update, complete work within agreed time. Explain the problem very well and charge what has been quoted. I would highly recommend them to everyone and use their service again. Even if you are not using their service, contact them for second opinion and Im sure you will ends up repairing your car in this center.

Had Exceptionally good service today having three minor dents removed at a very short notice. Guys doing the repairs first explained what they were going to do before they started with the procedure. Had a nice cup of coffee while I waited. Rest of the staff were very friendly to. Quote on the repairs was very reasonable. Great customer service. They made a small error with a respray on my bumper which needed to be corrected, but otherwise they do a great job and are affordable. They corrected their mistake free of charge.

Dents N All under quoted my car insurance and still have not corrected there mistake. Very disappointed by there service and ethics. My car is currently unlicensed due to this happening. I think if you under quoted you correct it by making it right and apologize.Would not recommend this place to anybody.

Thanks for Fixing my dent within a day and giving me low rates, it felt so good, from The boss, sales, receptionist, to the workshop team after 2 panelbeaters in Stellenbosch told me to replace the whole Door but you guys just fixed it and i took it to Glasfit for Reassessment and it passed with flying colors. Great service, good value.

Did not do the job correctly the first time. Had to send my vehicle back due to poor workmanship. They also lied about their closing times, and closed up more than half an hour before their quoted closing time. I was left without a car on the weekend as a direct result of this. Nobody picks up any of the phone calls on any number you try either. Not at all happy.
