Staff go out of their way to assist their clients and even when you are not a regular client. Charging is reasonable to very fair. Highly recommended.

Going to a mechanic always makes me feel nervous. You almost always feel like youve been done in. Leaving with a nauseous feeling in your stomach. Not with these guys. They where to the point and gave me various options. For the first time I felt like I was being charged a fair price. I had no problems, not even one after I received my vehicles back. I have been to them 5 times with two of our vehicles. I can 100% recommend them.

This repairs/service shop has the most honest and helpful managers and staff Ive seen. They are keen to assist a customer even when they dont profit directly from it. I would even service my ferrari here if I owned one. 10/10 for affordability, honestly and customer service.

Your response relating to the need for a 35km test trip (dirty intake), seems questionable. Upon collection of the vehicle your supervisor was not even the aware that the vehicle left the workshop during the day and travelled 35km. He had to investigate and ask the mechanics why the vehicle was driven. This, in principle, suggests that it was not authorised. In addition, as a client, I would expect to be contacted if there was a reason for the vehicle to be driven. Especially for such a long distance! This too did not happen and reconfirms my argument that the trip did not primarily relate to your explanation.
