They couldnt fix what I wanted them to fix.

We get our button clutch conversions done here, never had any problems, outstanding price and it only takes a few days for them to complete it. They even rushed to get one done for me in 1 day on extremely short notice. Exceptional work by the technicians.

Well, they could not work on my vehicle, because they were fully booked for 2 weeks, however 3 guyz came out of the work shop to look at my vehicle to c whats wrong, and they pin pointed to me exactly what was wrong. Went to go buy the parts and fixed it myself. The guys at Ferobrake know their work. Damn they good. Thanks guys. Appreciate it.

We had a master cylinder resleaved, got it back and the wrong seals were put in, leaked brake fluid all over the engine bay. Sent the master cylinder back, they fixed it by putting in the right seals. we got it back still did not work as they now forgot to put in the check valve. Sent it back for the second time were they put the check valve back in. Got the master back and it still did not work. We sent it to another brake shop where they inspected the master cylinder to find out that when ferro brakes resleaved the master cylinder, they did not align the holes and therefor the master built up pressure. So we had to resleave the master again so that the holes could line up. Ferro Brakes had 3 times to fix this problem and quoted us R1200 for something that did not work and were never tested if it worked after every time we had to send it back. Would not recomend their service at all

When calling in for a quote or pricing you will wait forever, eventually the call will just end after having to waiting for more than 5 minutes. Then will have to call back for the same process to be repeated.The times before that I had gone in, service was ok and the items needed were supplied.

Had brake discs skimmed, dealt with Brandon in Parts Sales service was professional got the discs back the same day and it cost R200 plus Vat. each.
