I regret not having thought of reviewing these bozos here at the time, but I also had an encounter with them a couple of years ago and I agree with another reviewer in that I dont know how theyre still in business.I requested a quote from them for a slip yoke eliminator for my Jeep and received an email with the price indicated. I confirmed that I would like to order the item and they said OK, it would take about a month, as the item wouldnt make it onto their latest shipment, which should arrive in about 14 days. No invoice, no reference number, zilch. I naively went ahead with the order anyway and paid by eft. A month later there was still no sign of my order, so I decided to give them a bit more time. I waited from June to October of that year before contacting them again, at which time they told me theres still no sign of my order, would I like a refund? I said yes and supplied my account details, and thats how far it got. I called again some time later and in fact forgot about it before I contacted them again, so it is partly my own stupidity, but if theyd had any kind of invoicing system to speak of theyd also be able to track missing and/or delayed orders and cancelled orders that needed refunding, Theyre totally useless and Im only giving them one star because I can only post this review after having clicked one of the stars, but in my case they havent earned it!

Great service never had issues

I cant understand how these guys are still in business. Ordered brakes for a Mustang and 4 months later no brakes. Then request a refund and 3 months later eventually get it in 2 instalments. Unbelievably unprofessional.
