Every time I have had a travel challenge whether its a bike rack, roof rack or luggage I have dealt with Leo Mawire. He gives superb service and a willingness to go the extra mile. He is proactive and provides reasonable solutions. He is always eager to show me how to use the racks appropriately and will fit and refit surf boards and bikes for me.

The staff is really what has make me coming back.This location has a great set of people, they are wonderfull and so sweet and always working hard. Asked in-store for advice on Thule bike rack. Store-employee was too busy working on some luggage (seriously, you could put it down for 2 minutes) to be really bothered answering my questions. Never emailed me back regarding my query.

At a premium store one would expect premium service. Not the case. Asked for a specific quotation to purchase a variety of items for my car but the shop attedent didnt seem bothered to make a sale. I received a quote with random roof rack components associated with a different make of car. Explanation was that the prices are the same. How does one get a company to sign off on spend on a company vehicle if quote is for a different vehicle? All they seemed interested in was being on their phones.

These guys give awesome service and really good prices. I bought a Thule 4 bike from them, and 6 months later overscrewed the one binding and threaded it.. They replaced the part without a hesitation despite being under no obligation to do so.

I bought my number plate here for R175. It took them about 5 minutes to make it. No hassles. You can get a number plate holder just across and down the road at Midas for R25 or so. All in all a painless experience.

The young guy at the main counter glanced up, ignored me and carried on poking his phone, like one might expect from a government services counter. Claimed later when I asked about it, when I established that he wasnt just a staff members son resting there, that he has taking care of important phone business attending to customers. Yeah, right, taking care of important social media updates if you ask me. Not cool, young people, not cool at all.
