Took my car in to them for a blown fuse (only when towing a trailer) on Friday, 23 July, and they checked and replaced the fuse, then tested everything. All working. That afternoon I towed a trailer and had the same problem. It was too late to take it back, so I waited until Saturday only to find that they dont open on Saturdays. I drove there to see if there is an emergency contact number and, as I arrived, Andrew was there to collect something. I spoke to him and he immediately told me to pull the car in and he will have a look at it. Even though they were not open! Amazing service, very professional and he did not resent helping me on a day off. He identified and fixed the problem. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Such great people. The one guy stayed after hours and waited for me so that he could help me with my battery. It made my day having someone care like that without knowing me.

Let my car in overnight for a simple fix. There was a fault with another car which cause the garage to go on fire. My car was a right off and as they don’t have insurance I had to claim off my own causing my premium to go up. Do yourself a favour and ask if they finally have insurance before leaving your vehicle with them. I will never make that mistake again.

Since June or July we have done a few things to our beetle at Peters. No complaints with pricing. Happy with everything. Just under 2 weeks ago we sent it in again to have the starter switch and install new light units. They took it on themselves to charge the battery. I paid the 2 hours labour plus replacement parts - no hesitation. The next day we discovered the vehicle would start on the first turn of the key, ride somewhere, and then we needed to push. After a few day we removed the battery (13 Nov) in order for me to charge it again. This is when we discovered a hole in the battery and the water leaking out. I phoned Peter within an hour who swore me and told me he doesnt have time to @$%&ing deal with this p@ss and I must come get a new battery. I went today (17th Nov 15) to have him refuse to give me the replacement battery accuse me of making the hole so I can get the money back that I spent. He then proceeded to challenge me to take a swipe at him, which was surprising as up to this point it was being handled in a controlled manner. This is also all very brave and arrogant as my arm is in a clearly visible sling due to a shoulder op 3 weeks ago. So it is just basically provocative and a ploy to avoid blame.
