This rating is not for services rendered etc. On the contrary, its for services lost. I needed to have a new alternator installed 2 days ago. This place came up on my search, as the cheapest and closest... BUT I couldnt find it. I drove up and down for 30 minutes, and even asking security guards, other employees at the businesses around the area, and NOBODY knew where the place is located. So I left, and took my business elsewhere
