My one ocassion dealing with them was so badly memorable that I just need to rate the experience. The manager quoted me verbally with absolute certainty that they need to replace my aircon for my Mercedes. His quote was R27000. He even indicated that I should try Mercedes themselves and knows they would charge me R52000. I got a similar quote, after inspection by another company, and they quoted me R12000 maximum for the job. Need I say more.
